About Jill: Professional
I am a professional counsellor/psychotherapist offering a confidential, non-judgmental and safe space to explore and understand life’s difficulties.
My training was Integrative which means that I utilize different theoretical approaches rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach to clients.
Due to an interest in Alternative therapies and Holistic working, I am also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Auricular Acupuncturist.
I have assisted teaching on a Hypnotherapy Diploma course, am an Open University mentor and provide supervision for other counsellors/ hypnotherapists.
Experienced with a wide range of issues, such as: Addictions, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, etc.
Clients include: Individuals, Couples, Groups, Organizations and EAPs.
